Annie B. Rose House is a special place for the elderly and disabled to call home. Located in the heart of Old Towne Alexandria, residents can have easy access to shopping, restaurants and transportation while remaining close to family and friends. Annie B. Rose House is named after Mrs. Annie B. Rose who devoted her life toward serving her community, improving housing opportunities and home nursing services for the elderly in Alexandria. Annie B. Rose House is located in the heart Old Towne Alexandria right off the GW Parkway with access to Braddock Road Metro Station, Metrobus and DASH bus.

The waiting list for Annie B. Rose House will close for new applications on Wednesday, February 28, 2023. Applications will not be accepted after the posted closing date. If you have previously applied and your name has been added to the waitlist, no further action is required at this time.  An announcement will be posted on our website and in the local newspaper when the waiting list reopens.
